The platform we are building
Aluminate becomes a multi-tenant business voice platform: nested resellers, white-label faces, billing, contracts, porting under our name, full system setup by voice or web, live PBX and phones.
Nested resellers
Unlimited depth. Beyond five levels needs platform permission. Clients hang under any node or direct under Aluminate.
Down-only visibility
You see everyone. A reseller sees their whole subtree. Never up the chain, never sideways to siblings.
Reseller own domains
e.g. pbx.xyz.com.au. We certify TLS, generate the face, reverse-proxy in to reduce public exposure.
Catalogue control
Platform owns every option. Resellers may only minimise (hide). They cannot invent new catalogue items.
Multi-gateway billing
Platform and resellers each may run gateways. Reseller can choose that we bill for them. Review mode and full-auto.
Contracts e-sign
Create and sign on the website under reseller branding or the main Aluminate site.
Number porting
Uploads live today. Target: carrier APIs under Aluminate only (or automatic carrier). Fees always in quotes.
Full system setup
Stand up an entire system by voice, calling in, or website — one shared provision pipeline.
Voice assist stack
Transcription, autobot, conversational bots, smart attendants. Live costs shown per reseller.
Pricing engine
Seat + per-minute. Separate intl, 1300, inbound 13/1300, forwarding. Upload · per-client · per-reseller rates. Automated fault check before apply.
Live PBX control
Own voice systems — provision, change, secure. Not 3CX. Call flows eventually push to live.
Phones & devices
Yealink catalogue + RRP live. Target: inventory, auto-provision, multi-site handset setup.
